Commemoration of the One-Year Activities of the Homa Foundation
On 5th of Hamal 1401 AH, a ceremony was held in Kabul to commemorate the one-year activities of the Homa Foundation, hosted by Mr. Nemat Qasemi, founder of the Nemat Qasemi Foundation. During this event, the leadership of the Homa Foundation, which had been held over the past year by Dr. Mohammadjan Sotuda, was officially handed over to Mr. Ustad Bonyad Omid and Ms. Aqila Aslamyar.

Distribution of stationery to school students
Hussain Ali Omid Hazaristani, a dedicated volunteer member of the Homa Foundation, despite working and living in difficult conditions as a migrant laborer in Tehran, made great efforts to collect and send educational materials. He prepared and sent three packages containing 80 notebooks, 240 colored pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and a number of children’s books to the boys’ schools of Almitoo and Shahyar Sultan Girls’ School.

Donation of a truckload of timber for the roofing of Siah Qol School
The Homa Foundation is pleased that, with the cooperation of respected teachers and the generous people of the area, it was able to collect more timber than was required for the classrooms of the boys’ school. Now that the Homa Foundation’s project at the Almitoo Boys’ School has been successfully completed, a portion of the remaining timber has been donated to help address the shortage of materials for the metal roofing of SiahQol School. The Homa Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to all the people of Almitoo who generously donated timber, as well as to the respected teachers who made honest and dedicated efforts in its collection.

A Note on the Book and Pen Festival
Greetings to all the respected members of the Homa Foundation; I wish them continued success. I attended the Book and Pen Festival, organized by the Homa Foundation on the 6th of Hamal this year, and stayed until the very end of the event. Drawing on my experience with cultural programs and the work of social organizations, I found both this cultural event and the core vision of the Homa Foundation to be immensely valuable. Their continuation will undoubtedly help many hidden talents flourish and bring great prosperity and development to the people of Almito.
