Collecting books for the Almitoo School library

Book donation by Irfan Publications and University Publications in Kabul

In 2021-2022, the Homa Foundation established a committee to collect donated books to enrich the library of the Almitoo’s Boys’ School and send them to the teachers and students of the school. The committee, which was responsible for this, visited the Irfan Publishing House and the University Publications House in Kabul and collected 103 books, including 83 donated by Irfan Publications House and 20 donated by the University Publications House. The Homa Foundation sincerely thanks the cooperation of these two publishing houses.

Donation of the collection of works of Mullah Faiz Mohammad Kateb Hazara

The Homa Foundation sincerely appreciates and thanks the distinguished scholars Mr. Khadem Fayyaz and Jalil Tajlil, who, on behalf of the "Pato Green Cooperative", donated the valuable gift of Haft-Sin (the seven-volume collection of (Seraj-e-Tawarikh) and other works of the father of Afghan historiography and works related to him to the Homa Foundation.

The Homa Foundation considers this valuable and meaningful gift to be a sign of the deep understanding and high cultural level of the members of the Pato Green Cooperative and considers it a blessed and positive step towards establishing and completing the Almitoo School Library.
